By accessing or using Someday, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We hold the right to update these terms.
2The Service
Someday provides a platform for users to write digital letters, schedule them for a future date, and have them printed and mailed physically. We commit to maintaining the integrity of your scheduled letters and attempting delivery on the specified date, subject to address confirmation.
3User Responsibilities
Accuracy
Provide valid info when creating your account.
Security
Keep your login credentials private and safe.
Delivery
Confirm your address 14 days before mailing.
Conduct
Do not use for illegal or harmful purposes.
4Delivery Commitment
We use reliable postal services for delivery. However, we cannot guarantee delivery in cases of incorrect addresses provided by the user, postal strikes, or extreme "force majeure" events. We will always send a notification to your registered email to confirm your address 14 days before the scheduled mailing date.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time, which will cancel all future scheduled letter deliveries. Your data will be removed within 30 days.
